Short answer. Yes! All our classes are accessible and easy to follow plus you're more than welcome to go at your own pace. We are a mixed community who enjoy coming together to add movement in our day to day lives, we are by no means picture perfect, just regular people moving, breathing and flowing and embracing life challenges.
Barre is a fun, effective and accessible workout class that is delivered to the beat of the music. We use light weights and high repetitions to experience the much loved Barre burn. We use the Barre Eclipse method in our Signature barre classes, Its a body affirming, empowering , invigorating class that will keep you coming back for more!
Hot Yoga is a regular yoga class but with the added benefits of the heat. Our Hot Yoga is in our regular studio space, our heaters are attached to the celling in the form of infrared. We pump a little bit moisture into the air during our hot classes to give you a subtle sweaty glow. I'd recommend bringing a hand towel for hot yoga. Our hot classes sit at around 35 degrees.
Warm Yoga is a regular yoga class but with the added benefits of the subtle heat. Our Warm Yoga is in our regular studio space, our heaters are attached to the celling in the form of infrared. Our warm yoga classes aid in relaxation as well as allowing the muscle to stretch a little further into deeper stretches without being overly hot. Our hot classes sit at around 28 degrees and we think it makes Savasana so much sweeter!
We provide all equipment and mats. If you have your own mat please feel free to bring it with you. You may want to bring a towel with you if you are attending a Hot Yoga class.
Please bring some water with you. Wear something comfortable that doesn't restrict your movement. Gym clothes, leggings or shorts are fine. I'd recommend grippy socks for Barre.
