A gentle, floor-based class focused on improving flexibility and mobility. This class helps release tight muscles, ease physical tension, and support relaxation, making it ideal for reducing stress and anxiety.
This class is heated, helping the body soften and relax more fully.

Beginner friendly. A slower Vinyasa flow, with a focus more on stretching tight & tired muscles.

Beginner friendly and fully floor-based, this class focuses on flexibility, mobility, and deep relaxation. Yin poses are held for longer to gently release tension, followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation at the end of class It's dreamy and deeply calming.

Suitable for most fitness levels, this full-body Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and supporting better alignment. Through controlled, low-impact movements, Pilates helps increase mobility, flexibility, and balance, making it an effective and accessible workout for everyday strength and stability.

Suitable for most. A flow to work your strength, flexibility, mobility and balance, in our heated studio by Infrared & candle light. It's dreamy!

Hot and Warm Classes offer a little more intensity to the above classes.

Short answer. Yes! All our classes are accessible and easy to follow plus you're more than welcome to go at your own pace. We are a mixed community who enjoy coming together to add movement in our day to day lives, we are by no means picture perfect, just regular people moving, breathing and flowing and embracing life challenges.
Barre is a fun, effective and accessible workout class that is delivered to the beat of the music. We use light weights and high repetitions to experience the much loved Barre burn. We use the Barre Eclipse method in our Signature barre classes, Its a body affirming, empowering , invigorating class that will keep you coming back for more!
Our Hot and Warm classes are in our regular studio space, our heaters are attached to the celling in the form of infrared. Infrared helps the body soften and relax more fully.
Our heated classes sit around 30º-32º
We provide all equipment and mats. If you have your own mat please feel free to bring it with you. You may want to bring a towel with you if you are attending a Hot Yoga class.
Please bring some water with you. Wear something comfortable that doesn't restrict your movement. Gym clothes, leggings or shorts are fine. I'd recommend grippy socks for Barre or Pilates.

Monday to Friday 9-5 you're allowed 2 hours
After 5pm and at the weekends there's no restrictions.
